My name is Kang, and in addition to being one of your Councilors, I am the proprietor of the Drunken Dragon Tavern in the City. As we have no currency, the drinks are free; Kaylee Frye, Sister Nima, and my daughter Kali help me run things. The location is marked on the map that you can access on your omnicomms. There is a stage within that you are free to use for stories and songs, as well.
There are a few very simple rules: no fighting, no damage to the building or anything in it, no harassing other patrons, and no alcohol for anyone younger than the human equivalent of 15.
