Attention: Council and Command
I'm writing on behalf of the Engineering Department. Billy and I were discussing how much it would cost to get the supplies required for the department. Unfortunately it seems that our combined personal allowances will only just be enough to fund the department if we only get the minimal supplies. As such, we would like to request additional funding for the use of the department if that is at all possible. Thank you for your time and consideration.
