And there was Beastboy, energetic as ever and raring to go. The marriage planet for him had been fun and interesting and raised more then a few questions about his favorite mad scientist girl with an afro.
But for now he was focused on helping anyone who wanted to train and get stronger.
It was a shame that Katara hadn't been there: she definitely would have liked to know what Beastboy had been up to. As it was, she hadn't seen him in a little while, so the moment he popped in, she walked over and gave him a hug.
"Hi Beastboy!" She said. "What have you been up to?"
Nura arrived in her training best: a pair of capri pants, blue cami top, with her white hair back and styled for exercise and endurance. Today, she wore her hair back, with two braids on the side to make a braided-crown. She'd seen the look once or twice and Katara, and had liked it enough to try it for herself. Never mind the fact that her ponytail had started to add to the migraines, and after her encounter with Supergirl, they'd been getting a touch worse.
Coming up from behind on Katara, Nura smirked at the easy scare, as she took a running start and wrapped her arms around Katara's middle, saying loudly, "How is my favorite waterbender!"
"Whoa!" Katara exclaimed, squealing a moment, then laughing. "Hi Nura! I haven't seen you for a few days. Wow, you look fantastic! I love what you're wearing!"
She actually was mimicking her hairstyle! It not only looked really good on her, the other clothes were a breath of fresh air from the usual plant suits they all wore. Katara had always really liked the ensemble Nura put on.
And it looked as if it were rubbing off a little: Katara was in her water tribe clothing, necklace and all, but with an added accessory. Atop her head she had a pair of goggles.
She had enjoyed Scott Pilgrim, and though Ramona's style was nifty.
She giggled. "Oh, I couldn't help it, I really did like Ramona! A part of me sort of wishes I could skate to subspace highways! There really is something magical about watching movies, you know, stories someone makes! I really like that!"
Ronnae had promised she'd be there. She wouldn't necessarily train, she was still a bit shaken from a few nights prior to this. But she never went back on her promise. She showed up in her usual get up. Her red Horde hoodie, and long black cargo pants. Her hood was up and she tried her best to stay out of the way of people who came to work.
Sorry Ronnae, that's not going to work when the co-captain of the Outsiders is overjoyed to see you. She walked over and gave Ronnae a broad smile, giving her a small hug.
She smiled sheepishly and tried to keep face in front of Katara. She wanted her to focus on her team and away from anything negative.
"I'm g-good." Focus Ronnie, "I'm good, here, like I promised. I'm just gonna hang around back and see what you guys do. I'll be here if you need anything alright?" She smiled and returned the small hug.
Katara likewise wanted top make sure that Ronnae was comfortable in the meeting, that she got to mingle with some of the other members.
"Sure, of course, but try and talk with some of the members, they're pretty nice people! This meeting is definitely for mingling, but I want to get an idea of what other people can do once we're all settled in."
"Business as usual webhead!" Beastboy seemed to appear out of no where. "We mingle, we chat, we catch up, and then we smack each other around or duel with the digital targets!" He explained with a cheerful grin.
Starfire was next to arrive, setting aside a small backpack when she entered the Sensorium. What was inside? Well, they'd find out soon enough!
"I apologize for my tardiness," she said in a rush, swooping down on unsuspecting victims and offering hugs. "I was preparing your gifts for today and failed to watch the time as closely as I should have."
She laughed. "I don't think you'll have any problems with that! You have a pretty infectious personality. I can't see how you;d have a problem there!"
She swallowed, but smiled. "Actually, pretty well right now! I have friends, you guys, and training to look forward to. I'm starting to get in a good place right now!"
