"For you new people, please take a look around: you'll notice that others here are varied, although most of us have the similarity of being younger than the people on the ship. I don't know if the adults do it because they're afraid of us getting hurt, or because they simply think we're too much trouble. That was part of the reason we formed in the first place: we wanted to be the opposite of that idea, of kids and teenagers doing their own thing and avoiding things like responsibility and accountability. We like any adult on the ship, have to answer to each other and our own actions. More importantly, I want us to send a clear message: The Outsiders are a family, and we look out for each other. We're all from different parts of the universe, yet our goals are the same: stopping the Ohm and promoting awareness about the lack of harmony on the ship. Together, we can help be a formidable force: apart, we'll fall. Some of us who've been here a long time can attest to that."
She looked over to Beastboy. They talked about this enough that she knew he could deliver the other part of their speech: the training, the distinction between fighting members and non-fighting members of the Outsiders, and what activities they'd do when they weren't fighting.
"She's all yours, Beastboy," she said quietly to him.

He took another step forward, "We can offer training in combat if you want to learn how or if you know how and just need practice, or for those of you who are less combat friendly we can hook you up with people who can help hone whatever your skill of choice is!"
Another pause and then a joke, "And if you have no skill well that's alright we'll keep you around anyway! We don't discriminate!"
"When we aren't training we're relaxing, hanging out, having parties, movie night, playing games. The hotel would be your home away from home. It's alot more comfortable then some of the places on board that's for sure!"
"Any questions?"
