The rest of the crew assembled on the Observation Deck to meet the latest editions to their numbers. After the revelation that their worlds are gone, many of them are even more eager to see people they knew from home

She doesn't look like much of an authority figure, but there's a white-blonde young woman standing near the door of the Obs Deck with a sign that says "I ANSWER QUESTIONS" in neat capital letters. Unlike the recent arrivals, she's wearing normal clothes (blue jeans and a black-and-white striped t-shirt) and looking decidedly not-confused about where she is and what's going on.
"I'm sorry, but I don't think there's anyone named Dr. Light on this ship." Wyn says, turning to face the kid tugging on her shirt. "He might have just podpopped, though, so I can't say for certain."
For what it's worth, she does actually sound sorry about her answer.
"Oh." His face drops a little, but he shrugs and looks away before looking back. "Well. He's big." He mimes a bit of a gut, and holds a hand over his head. "And looks a bit like Santa Claus. If you see him, can you tell him I'm trying to find him?"
After all, Dr. Light has to be around here somewhere.
King made his way through the Obs Deck with a grown upon his face. Not a deep set, serious frown, but one that was actually half amused by the fact he was seeing what he was seeing. Being a comic book junkie helped greatly with an almost ease to being in a weird place. Of course, having been a vampire also helped knock out a little of the weird...
Making his rounds with the Bonejack resting on his shoulder the vested and well armored man came upon the sign holding woman nearly having to bite his jaw from making a comment. Instead he carefully glanced her over, then the sign, and allowed a pleasant enough smile to cross his face. "Any questions?"
"Is that your question?" Wyn asks, blinking skeptically up at the man next to her. It's not the weirdest question she's ever had, but it's not much of an opener.
"Well, Kitten, I like to exactly know my boundaries like I need to know the safety words." A wide mischevious grin crossed Hannibal's face along with a matching wink as he shifted the rather large rifle on his shoulder. "I mean I could easily ask random questions about the Beatles splitting or if I was going to see the Swamp Thing here instead of what really needs to be asked if I'm allowed to."
"The Beatles broke up because they all wanted to do their own thing, not because of Yoko, and the Swamp Thing hasn't woken up yet. You could meet Batman, though." Wyn says, looking thoroughly unimpressed with the wink, the nickname Kitten, and King's choice of questions... everything about the man in front of her, basically.
Awwww but secretly deep down she loved him right? He did have a certain quality to his person.
"That takes some of the fun out of it." Pausing King let a frown settle across his face again shifting the large rifle on his shoulder. "Here I thought you'd be the playful kind."
The Hunter settled in to an easy stance finally removing the rifle from his shoulder to rest on the ground beside of his leg with his gloved hand keeping it upright. "All right we'll start easy because as much as the place seems interesting I don't exactly feel like being food for anyone. Are there any blood suckers here that I need to keep an eye on?"
"You know, you're probably the first person to actually complain about getting answers to any question you want to ask me." Wyn says with a tiny laugh. "Congratulations."
"No one's going to eat you, because the tentacles from on high will break up anything that might even vaguely be a fight," Wyn says, resting her sign on the ground and pointing to the ceiling with her free hand. "And I can't think of any vampires here off the top of my head, but that doesn't mean much... and I'm totally assuming you mean vampires, by the way, so I hope you didn't mean anything else."
King gave one short nod of his head. Of course he meant vampires unless there were other things on the ship that would mean losing a few pints of blood. He didn't need to touch a hand against the three long silver stakes strapped to his vest to feel the weight of them there. "Abigail says I complain to much sometimes, I think it keeps things interesting

"Interesting's one way of putting it." Wyn mutters under her breath before Komali tugs on her sleeve.
"Right, yeah, Nanashi. I forgot about her. She's a vampire, but I wouldn't worry much about it. I don't like trusting Stacy, but she's pretty good at keeping fights from happening, and I think there's some sort of hemoglobin substitute in Nanashi's food."
"I'm Wyn, although you seem very attached to the name Kitten for some reason." Wyn says dryly. She's been accumulating nicknames recently, and she's not sure she likes it.
"I'm Komali!" If there's a menacing look in King or Wyn's demeanor, the kid hasn't caught it. Between his cast and his crutch Bit Tiny Tim isn't particularly good at picking up vibes, today.
"Well, I'm the only one with a sign, anyway." Wyn says cheerfully. "Did you have anything specific you wanted to ask, or is the basic 'oh God what am I doing here what's going on' rundown enough for now?"
Go ahead, ask her a question.
