Amuro is currently the hanger, his usual default location. Right now, he's seated in Nu Gundam's cockpit, pouring over a datapad containing readouts of all of the other mechs and vehicles used by his newfound compatriots. At the same time, he's programming simulations involving them into Nu's computer-It's true that he could use the sensorim to handle the same routines, but like most people, he's most comfortable doing things his own way.
Of course, Nu Gundam's built in simulator was nothing to scoff at itself- As he works, he installs training programs. No telling when a new recruite or pod-pop might need to learn how to handle a mobile suit...
