So when he sees Rei in the corridor, he hesitates for a moment. If Jamie's about to be caught in another waking dream, after all, he'd prefer some advance warning. But then he catches a glimpse of torn fabric, and sees the blood that seems to be everywhere. His impulse is to run over to check on the other man - and he does just that, grimacing as the motion jars his injured leg.
"Rei!" he calls, just in case the man's still caught in the dream. "Wake up!"

When he opens them again, Rei is still there, and now Jamie can see the still-bleeding scratches. "You're cut. Hold still." He doesn't see the plantsuit on underneath Rei's shirt, but maybe it hasn't regenerated yet from...well, whatever did this to him. Jamie takes off his own shirt, using the knife he generally carries with him everywhere to slice a ragged line down the fabric. Once that's done, he tears the shirt in two and uses half to try and stop the bleeding.
"Do ye remember what did this to ye?"

Get it together, he told himself, trying to calm down. He took a deep breath, and tried to think about what had happened.
"What did this to me. Okay. Okay. It... it was Puck," his throat caught when he said the name, and he felt like he was going to start crying again. "No, no, no. It wasn't Puck. He wouldn't do this to me. I... I wouldn't have killed him. It was... something. Something with his face." Or could it have been his friend? Was any of that real? Of course it was, he was hurt. But then again...
