Beckett came up to the hub, a short while after talking to the person about meeting. She wished then that she'd asked what she looked like, because picking her out of a crowd was hardly going to be easy. Nevertheless, she kept going, keeping her eyes open and alert in case someone decided to approach her.
Hopefully if anyone did, it would be the person she was looking for, and not someone who wanted to give her a hard time. Not that she was afraid... Working as a detective, and seeing things she really didn't want to see had taken care of that.
The minutes passed, and Beckett began to wonder if she'd have to find her way to the Precinct alone. But she wasn't in a hurry, so she crossed her arms, leaned back against the nearest wall, and waited.
