At the Obs Deck, a small group of crewmembers had gathered for one purpose - to ask Stacy what she knew about the strange melting clock that they now knew had caused some of the crew to starting losing their time.

"I think we're a bit small to call a 'force'," the Doctor said with distaste. He wasn't much for force, big or small, and Tim made it sound like they were a little army in the making.

The Doctor patted himself down, checking his pockets. Extra green chocolate (he saved the turret from the chocolate castle before River could get to it), check. Twine, check. Falstiin Otter Locater in...pieces, multiple checks. And of course he had the sonic screwdriver, so...

"Ready!" The Doctor straightened his jacket. Naturally he didn't carry weapons and he was rather hoping the others weren't either. He'd found that waving weapons around from the start tended to derail things. He glanced over at his companions for this mission: the human girl he wasn't familiar with and he'd already met Tim. Or rather, already met Tim plus his broodiness. Tim looked like he'd had a decent brood before he arrived, so good! That was out of the way and out of mind for now. Clearly Tim was a forward thinker for a human, not waiting to get in a brood en-route and waste time.
