Chris loves taco chili--you basically dump 5 ingredients in a crockpot and let it cook while at work. Can of corn, beans, packet of taco seasoning, pound of lean beef, and diced tomatoes (Mexican style). I usually double it and serve with lowfat shredded cheese, a dollop of lowfat sour cream and crushed tortilla chips.
I think I'll make it this weekend. =)
