Gaming Update #5: AT2 (Phase 5... sigh 2 mistakes already)
Not much time this weekend but I stayed up one day to play and finally reached Phase 5!! Its nearing the end... but I'll play it all over again soon to get the other ending so it won't be over just yet!
I just realized I made two mistakes while playing AT2 already. Maybe I should start reading the English guide more instead of just using the Japanese book strategy guide hahaha... The first one is ignorable but I guess if you are a RPG completionist, you'd want to redo this part. I'm still thinking if I should or not since I don't really need to for the current route I am playing (Luca Route). I will replay the game from Phase 1 when I play Chroche's route, so I can do a complete game from that route. The second mistake is not that bad either but it's going to be really annoying to "fix".
korunemist -- I know you might read my AT2 entries, so if you want to read it, I tried to make it spoiler-free as possible! You don't need to read this if you plan to follow a walkthrough though. They explained it in there so you won't miss it!

It's not easy to explain the mistake I made but here's what you can do to prevent it.
-- if you already know what ending you want, DO NOT do that girl's Lv 5 cosmosphere first. For example in my case, I have chosen to go with RT3's ending. But before you complete RT3's Lv 5 cosmosphere, do the other girl's cosmosphere Lv 5 first and "refuse" them. This ensures you can get their Lv 5 cosmosphere costume even if you did not pick their ending. If you made my mistake, that is... picking the girl first then go back to the other girl's cosmosphere to complete their Lv 5, you will get locked out automatically without finishing Lv 5. This means you won't get the Lv 5 costume of the girl you DID NOT pick.
For me, this is about Luca's Lv 5 costume which is ignorable technically since I plan to use her special costume anyways obtainable from RT4's cosmosphere. But it just bugs me I guess... I still have some time to think about whether to fix this or not.

If you are "going to" play AT2 and want to get ALL the talk topics, you won't miss these two, but you'll have a hard time getting them if you don't prepare for it. So don't make my mistake. =P
One is a Luca x Chroche talk topic which requires you to rescue 10 IPDs without using Dive Therapy. Another is a Luca x RT3 talk topic which requires you to rescue 30 I.P.Ds without Dive Therapy. This is very easy if you do it near the beginning of the game but now that I missed that, I have to not cure them late in the game which is A PAIN. Don't make that mistake. But you can leave it out, it is only just 2 talk topics I think.
Progress:
-- Infel Sphere all 5 lvls completed
-- Luca Route Phase 5: RT3 ending locked (main game)
--> RT3's Cosmosphere Lv 5 completed
-- Luca Route Phase 5: Luca ending locked (played simultaneously as main game)
--> Luca's Cosmosphere Lv 5 completed
-- might have to redo this part
Extra Thoughts:
-- I knew Phase 4 was going to be sad but I didn't think I would tear up a lot for it. But I teared up a lot more than I thought. T_T
