I..I'm sorry? And I'd like to say that it'll delve into why Olivia's dating Casey, but since this is more of an Alex-centric piece, probably not. But, I can promise no O/C smut, at least, not in this story :)

I was insprired by the non-highschool, elementary school, Babysitters Club, SVU AU's that are out there. This was originally supposed to be an A/O story, but I was still pissed off at MH, so I made it A/E instead. Which is probably more than you wanted to know but my way of saying 'glad you liked it'!

They slammed against Alex's apartment door. Arms moving about, fighting for dominance.

I just spent several minutes imagining Elliot in uniform. Then, I spent several more minutes fantasizing about Alex getting Elliot out of said uniform. Guh! ::Ahem:: Anyway, this was interesting. I like how you touched on Cabot not being incredibly adept in certain situations with victims. I like the contentious flirting. And, in trying to wrap my head around the idea of Alex as a detective(kind of hard, though your take on what sent her in that direction really helped me accept the concept), I can almost see her in Major Cases.

Lol, it would be easier to see Cabot as a Detective if not for that damned Stunned Bunny Hop! It's like, I think what makes Cabot Cabot is her arrogance and her intelligence, and her ability to use both as a form of strength without having to rely on her physicality. She's intimidating because she's smart and she knows it. So, as a detective, it works. But, there's a part of me that can't see her as a cop, because the idea of Alex doing a perp slam is soo foreign...hot, but foreign.
