I hope I can write a few more stories for these two. I'd been writing Dark!Ashley stories but Dark!Helen added an element I hadn't quite been expecting.

Wow. Amazing story. Really well writen and I enjoyed seeing the darker side of Helen. I expected it from Ashley so that was a nice twist. After 150 years it actually make sense that Helen would be more fluid with her morality and rules of society. Just imagine the changes in history she has witnessed. Cool also that you showed Ashley as smarter than your average person given her parentage. Very well done. More please. ;o)

Thank you. I think I have a few more Helen/Ashley muses running around here somewhere. They're definitely fun to write!

Lol, yeah, Ashley definitely should have written as *way* smarter than she was on the show. I liked the idea of Ashley turning the tables on Helen, even while she's getting played by her mother.

asdfghjkl*flails!*

Ooooh, that was so good. I *love* what you did to all of them, the darkness and the madness and how they're so above and beyond everything that nothing applies to them anymore. Wow.

And I'm also totally intrigued by that poor mind-wipe guy. What hold does she have no him, because he really has ultimate power over everyone.

But "First, you ask me to wipe your daughter’s memories. Then, you ask me to fake it. Now, you want me to wipe her again?"? Had she deliberately had him fake the memory wipes, and was just pretending to be surprised when Will told her?

..the darkness and the madness and how they're so above and beyond everything that nothing applies to them anymore.

Lol, I think that's why I'm drawn towards this pairing. Helen's immortal and has all the time to do whatever she wants. *And* she has the power and influence to change the rules, so to speak, to fit her needs.

What hold does she have no him, because he really has ultimate power over everyone.

Takeshi, the great-grand father, was male. Kasumi is female. I tried to allude to Helen being 'heavily' involved in the Mori family but, ultimately, Kasumi's an opportunist and Helen has lots and lots of cash. Plus, and I forgot to put this in the story, but Helen figured out how to negate the Mori family powers on herself.

Had she deliberately had him fake the memory wipes, and was just pretending to be surprised when Will told her?

Yes. Basically, Helen was trying to figure out what Will knew in regards to Ashley. So her shock was more at the revelation that Ashley knew who her father was.

There are so many layers to this -- this is amazing.

Thank you. Lol, I wasn't originally planning to go as 'dark' as the story ultimately did but the idea of Helen as Jack the Ripper took hold and kinda went from there!

Good thing I went back and read the comments on this fic. I completely missed that Helen was having the mind-wiper fake the mind-wipe. How many times? And what exactly gets mind-wiped from Will?

I went back and reread the fic, I see that Will got the Ashley/Helen sex part mind-wiped but kept the Ashley is a dangerous animal part.

Was Ashley's mind-wipe only faked this one time or more than once?

i think what makes this fic so delicious - like dark chocolate delish, is that even if you were having a "Will moment" (which i didn't) that tale was woven effortlessly that you ended up 'pulling' for Ashley & Helen anyways.

awesomely done - i hope your muse sticks around for more Helen/Ashley fics. & i gotta admit that putting Will in his place was kinda cool. i never a big fan of his -- probably something to do w/ his disappearing hair...piece???

Ha, I think in the end those two crazy kids will work it out, or at least come to some sort of 'arrangement'.

As for Will, I like to think that while he's there as Helen's 'moral compass' Helen still has ultimate authority. Will still has to play by Helen's rules and when he doesn't.. well, Helen just makes sure that he does.
