I applied at a few more places today. AE seemed promising, as the guy who took my application was actually the manager or co-manager, and asked me why I wanted to work there, and told me they'd call when they were setting up an interview with a bunch of other people. I got an application from Sephora but it's long so she let me take it home. We're going back tomorrow anyways, 'cause Kaylen wants to apply somewhere but they were out of applications and said they'd have some tomorrow. It'd be really neat, not to mention convenient, if we both worked in the mall. ♥
I went to apply at Abercrombie and Fitch (mainly 'cause of the atmosphere, it was dimly lit), but the music was incredibly loud, the store was huge, and the application was not on paper, and told me it would take 10-15 minutes to complete. Also, the job positions were like "co-manager", "stock officer" (or something) and all this other stuff that wasn't "cashier".
I guess I applied at Bath & Body Works too late though, 'cause I went back today and inquired and they said the spot was filled. Laments. I liked it there. :( But they said they keep all applications on hand so if someone ever gets fired or quits, I'M IN. Or something. Maybe. But hopefully AE will hire me 'cause I love their clothes, mmm.
It sucks that I don't put work experience, because even though I worked for a year, I don't like putting it, since I never got paid, so I don't know what my salary would be, I don't remember the address, and I don't want to put my old bosses' number for recommendations 'cause he wouldn't. Recommend me, that is.
I took some pictures today. I'm going to wear the other shirt and the jacket when we go out tomorrow, so I'll take pictures again tomorrow and then just post them in one.
