Well, I lost. But at least I told the truth when I put my hand in the air and swore to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth. The officer didn't lie. He was going by what he said. The chick did lie because she's a bia and didn't want to be found at fault for trying to go around me instead of slowing down to let me go.
All it came down to according what the judge said when he found me guilty was that because I didn't see her that's what caused the accident. Well, when I look behind me to pull out and no one is there down the road, I think it's safe to pull out. If people didn't pull out when people were on the road (about 300 feet down the road when I started pulling out), no one would ever get to leave their parking spots.
Oh well...
