2014 Q1 goals

Keeping this short: two goals for the New Year.

1. Track calories for all foods. I've downloaded Noom for my phone, and will be really pushing myself to eat better and do the tracking. Taking calories is a big part of how I managed my weight loss last time, time to repeat that and take care of myself.

2. Do the dishes as I use them. Same day, keep things tidy :)
