Looking back

Still not at my weight loss goal, but I've been looking back at my past eating habits, and I am truly disgusted by some of the shit I use to eat. I'm not sure if you guys knew how bad it ever got, but here are a couple of examples of how it got before I started TSFL:

At a minimum, eating at a couple of these places four times a week, and usually always ordering the same thing-

Carl's Jr: Western Bacon Six Dollar Burger meal, large fry and large coke, two spicy chicken sandwiches and an order of chili cheese fries - Totaling: 3600 calories, 216g fat, 60g saturated fat.
McDonalds: Double Quarter Pounder w/ Cheese meal, large fry and large coke, ten piece chicken nugget, mcchicken and lots of dipping sauces - Totaling: 2370 calories, 112g fat, 30.5 saturated fat.
Jack In The Box: Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger meal, large curly fry and large coke, two tacos, large stuff jalapeño - Totaling: 2900 calories, 147g fat, 47g saturated fat.
Burger King: Texas Double Whopper meal, large fry and large coke, two spicy chicken sandwiches, nine piece chicken fry - Totaling: 3300 calories, 178g fat, 46g saturated fat.
Taco Bell: Chicken Quesadilla meal, large coke, two double decker tacos w/ nacho cheese, beef taco, steak grilled stuffed burrito - Totaling: 2400 calories, 109g fat, 34g saturated fat.

Those were my usual orders from those places, and like I said, stuff I would have 3/4/5 times a week, depending on how much money I had. It would be maybe acceptable if one of these meals was something that I ate throughout the day, but this was on top of other food eating during the day. Oh, and these meals were almost always eaten at night before bed.

I want to shoot myself in the head.
