I need to go on a diet. I think I'm going to go with the Master cleanse drink and then transition onto the brown rice diet. I want to limit my fried food intake to twice a week and watch my oil, and sodium levels when cooking. I don't want to watch calories or cut myself off from anything but I just need to watch what I eat to lose these pounds. Today I'm having a huge salad for lunch with a side of tuna. I figure that if I have a great lunch, then I will be able to watch my portions on my dinner. (peppered steak with rice and steamed veggies) I have to stop eating at night because that is where I have done the most damage. I am attempting to stop drinking beer, but if I do that I'd have to buy more hard liquor to keep me going. this is going to be very difficult.
