This evening I made

Tomato-basil Mozzarella Garlic Bread

Antipasto Salad:
green pimento olives
black olives
tomato
bell pepper
pepperonicini
fresh mozzarella
romaine hearts

Fetuccini Alfredo

Riccota and Spinach Stuffed Chicken Parmagian

The salad and chicken were lovely to the tongue (I absolutely love fresh, soft mozzarella, though). But I burned my alfredo sauce and it separated and I should have used heavy cream and we were out of butter. Overall, four and 1/2 starts.
