The Good Natured is 18 year-old Brit Sarah McIntosh. She creates catchy and slightly ethereal electro-pop more apt for lounging around in your favorite American Apparel leggings ("these tights are not pants") than for hitting the clubs. London promoters Oh! Inverted World are giving away her track "Sleep in Dust" and NME's offering her single, "Your Body is a Machine".

Exciting news, from Pitchfork! Jeff Magnum, the reclusive genius behind 90's buzz band Neutral Milk Hotel, will be appearing at a benefit concert on May 6 at Le Poisson Rouge. Other performers include Yo la Tengo, Portastatic, and Sharon Van Etten. Tickets will be available on Kickstarter starting March 30, and you can be sure they'll disappear quickly.

Swedish folkie The Tallest Man on Earth is on tour for his upcoming album, The Wild Hunt. He does a show at Highline Ballroom in NYC on April 20. Other tour dates on his MySpace. Enjoy his fantastic rendering of "The Gardener" on the Take Away Shows and then download "King of Spain" and "The Burden of Tomorrow" from his label:

Also, in an addendum to my previous post: Laura Marling will be embarking on a North American tour in May that includes a date at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on May 13. Tickets here.

In honor of her awesomeness, here's Beans on Toast's hilarious "I Fancy Laura Marling".

Download it from his website, along with a host of other tracks, here.
