I got Elinor, too. I do love Elinor. I don't know about Lizzy vs. Darcy; I'm not sure either of them are for me even as I adore them. To go with the obvious words, Elizabeth's prejudice would make her a difficult friend at times, while Darcy's pride would make him hard to relate to. I think I'd end up choosing Darcy because once you get past his reserve he is a big marshmallow.

Woo! We are Elinor soul mates! I don't know if I'd have her patience with Marianne's drama, though...

You make a good point. Marshmallow Darcy! But, I think I would enjoy Lizzy's company more, even if I might be wary of her at first. She might not like me, though -- I'd probably call her out on her snobbishness!
