Saph's Diary: Entry 5

May 23, 2008 23:27

((OOC: Written before she went totally nuts, as a matter of fact. Anything located in Smashdressing is addressed as unknown location.))

Pokémon: Meganium
Nickname: Megan, usually called Meg
Gender: Female
Found?: Acquired from friends in Johto; whether its Ruby or someone else is presently unknown.
Nature: Modest
Moves: Solarbeam, Sunny Day, Counter, Reflect
Item: Miracle Seed
Misc.: Usually feuded with her Blaziken named Felice, who is presently in Prof. Birch's care and was her real starter. Tends to act odd to Sapphire, but otherwise enjoys her presence whenever she is necessary.

Pokémon: Furret
Nickname: Ouida
Gender: Female
Found?: Hatched from Egg, handed to her by a friend from Johto who was in Sinnoh prior to their move.
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Double-Edge, Quick Attack, Sucker Punch, U-Turn
Item: Choice Band
Misc.: Never gives up no matter how many odds are against her, perhaps the most stubborn member of Sapphire's team. Her most amazing feat was against Norman's Slaking, after Felice and Penelope (her Pelipper) both went down, as she was the only one who managed to successfully bring it down. Despite being badly hurt, she also successfully managed to down his remaining Vigoroth to secure the Balance Badge.

Pokémon: Azumarill
Nickname: Azy
Gender: Female
Found?: Result of breeding a Male Squirtle given to her with a female Marill caught in the wild that she gave a Sea Incense to. Hatched in unverified location.
Nature: Adamant
Moves: Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Double-Edge, Rollout
Item: Choice Band (Yup, she can't use Ouida and Azy at the same time in the Battle Tower if she reached it)
Misc.: Took her lessons mainly from Ouida and Penelope, never giving up unless she absolutely has to. Originally Sapphire was not planning on using it, and even protected it from harm...until she realized that it was dying to prove itself to her. Not incredibly stubborn, but willing to prove herself to her trainer that she wasn't just hatched for the sake of being handed to her father later.

Pokémon: Raichu
Nickname: Raipuff
Gender: Male
Found?: Result of breeding a Male Smeargle traded to her (yup, not an actual Jiggly) with a female Pikachu. Hatched in Lilycove City.
Nature: Mild
Moves: Thunderbolt, Doubleslap, Thunder Wave, Reversal
Item: Silk Scarf
Misc.: Usually the calmest member of her team in battle, but quite easily her strongest Pokémon prior to finding her Porygon-Z. Was extremely handy against Team Aqua, almost never needing any help in defeating numerous Grunts and their Pokémon. Noted for Doubleslapping Archie before Sapphire battled him. Tends to dislike Poké Balls and tries to spend as much time as possible outside of one. Admires Jigglypuffs and tries to sing, but usually fails miserably. Writes in a Notepad in a similar manner to Bunitaro, but only to communicate when he doesn't feel like saying way too much.

He is also probably the smartest one in the entire group.

Pokémon: Flygon
Nickname: Lester
Gender: Male
Found?: Result of breeding a male Volbeat with a female Trapinch. Also hatched in Lilycove City
Nature: Lonely
Moves: Earthquake, Quick Attack, Fly, Flamethrower
Item: Soft Sand
Misc.: Tends to avoid many of Sapphire's other team members, but is very willing to lend a hand to Sapphire herself. Loves to roam the skies, and forces Saph to allow it to fly through the desert when they aren't doing anything just so it can have some fun. Otherwise, he's usually rather aloof. Easily the hardest thing Sapphire has ever raised so far.

Pokémon: Porygon-Z
Nickname: Zeta
Gender: None
Found?: Found in unknown location. Cannot be identified by Sapphire's 3rd Generation National Dex.
Nature: Modest
Moves: Hyper Beam, Dark Pulse, Psychic, Nasty Plot
Item: Supposed to be Power Herb, but Sapphire has not found it yet.
Misc.: Fairly twisted in the head, as hinted by how it looks. But actually tends to keep its attacks rather simple, and is hard for Sapphire to train at the moment since it doesn't have her full trust. Seems to like using Hyper Beam a lot, and is tempted to use it even when she doesn't tell it to use Hyper Beam. There is evidence their previous trainer who left it fainted may have had no real idea on how to use it, and may have just evolved it for the sake of evolving it...just leaving it there. How it managed to end up at its current location is not known at its present time, since there is no evidence of any other trainers using anything like a Porygon prior to Sapphire's discovery of this Pokémon.
