(no subject)
i have not updated in forever. its strange how things fall into place sometimes. like how i didnt want a job come hell or high water this summer. then i got one at AE and had no hours. then i started getting hours at the same time i got a second job at Atlanta Bread Co. and now im working 2 jobs. I actually really like working at AE and i think i'm really gonna like it at ABC too. too bad i'll be working like a mad dog for the next 6 weeks. i really really really hope the guy at the Bread Company doesn't actually make me work until 9:00 every nite. i mean, i said i was available that long and i wish i had said only till 7:00. oh well. if it becomes an issue i'll change it. but you should all come to the bread company cuz its got really good food - i'd venture to say it might even be better than good ol' reliable panera.
Otherwise, i'm missing ragtime. it was tons of fun, but i do think it was time for it to be over. im super pumped for all the harry potter bonanzas happening this july. I'm getting closer to being excited about college. with my orientation weekend this weekend and getting into the law seminar i wanted, its starting to look up and not seem like i'll jsut be homesick every moment of every day which is one of my biggest fears. and who knows, perhaps my roommate from taiwan wont be any different from the average person born in madison, wisconsin. :-\
as for the rest of the summer: other than working my butt off, i plan to take it as easy as possible. divya, im planning on visiting you all the time when you feel better! that was so scary (i havent posted since the accident of course) and it really freaked me out that something so scary could hit so close to home. divvy - we're here for ya! and as for the rest of you who are reading this ranting and babbling entry simply because 1.) you have nothing to do and have been sitting at your comptuer a lot this summer 2.) somebody finally updated 3.) because GREG finally updated and 4.) because you wanted to know what #4 would be.... get excited cuz its our last summer so lets make it a good one.
