I AM CURRENTLY ENGAGED IN A MASSIVE JERK-OFF WITH ANOTHER GUY, AND HE IS GOING DOWN!!

Two kilograms (or 4.4 pounds to you miserable thralls of Imperial dogma) of lean cow meat. It's been drying for two days now, which is too slow and risks rot. I put the heat on too low because the last time I put it too high and I created charcoal briquettes. They were just about edible, but it was not pleasant.

I am hoping that the excessive spiciness (and salt) in the marinade will ward off the pathogens for long enough that I won't shortly be engaging in inadvertent but totally predictable murder/suicide.

If anyone asks what kind of meat it is, I think I will scream "IT'S NOT MADE OF PEOPLE!!!" and flee.
