It's wierd these days how young girls dress in as adult a fashion as they possibly can.
The following thought process went through my head over the weekend in the Galleries (a shopping centre in Bristol):
"Dear Lord...those girls have plastered their faces with makeup! Are they trying to look like prostitutes or like clowns? Haha!
"Oh...those people walking past them are really tall...holy crap...they're really small and closer than I thought! They must be...what...twelve years old?"
It's interesting how the brain calibrates perception of distance to expectation of size.
