I'm very impressed. I don't envy Nolan's position after the success of "The Dark Knight", and he certainly seems to be able to come up with another daring project. I only wish it would open, like, next week.

It's hard not to see the similarities. Personally, I prefer the version without the singing. :)

Thank you! I'm always interested in things like that. I regularly see the numbers of the previous day when I'm checking their site for trailers and I'm sometimes puzzled by them. No big surprises among the top 10. With the exception of "Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus" which clearly belongs to a separate class. :D
I wonder how the Apple stats look like. I also would like to know how the decision process of the studios works as to where release what. And who pays for what. Or if it's a quid pro quo, bandwidth is free in exchange for the exclusivity.

It's absolutely mesmeriseing, I can't get enough of it. Woah, the 1080p version, so you have a big monitor. On mine only fits the 720p version but I recently watched a trailer on my brother's computer who also has a large one. Looks quite impressive I have to say. So far I have difficulties to get used to the rectangular shape of those monitors when using it for regular work.

Sadly I don't know about the music. Will try to keep my eyes open if I see something about it out of personal interest.
I'm not that good when it comes to identifying voices but I'm fairly sure it's DiCaprio. What makes me the most confident is the way he pronounces "idea" (after 9 seconds) and "mind" (second 16). Murphy usually sounds diffferently (think "Sunshine"). But since Nolan is obviously mind-fucking (pardon my language) with us I won't rule out anything.

1080p is the format for hi-def TV/Blueray so hopefully that one will stay for a while longer. As a side note, the confusion regarding hi-def television in Germany is getting bigger by the day.

I just want to see that bending-city in full freakin' size
Understandably so! :D

Somehow I associate DiCaprio also most of all with strange accents he had to learn. But I saw him recently in "Body of Lies" so I'm somewhat familiar with his voice right now.

And Zimmer borrowed from himself, "Always a Catch" from "The Dark Knight" soundtrack.

There's already been two trailers for "Inception"?? I saw one of the trailers before "Sherlock Holmes" and was blown away by it. I trust Chris Nolan in everything he does!

Yes, there's been another, equally mind-boggling teaser a few months ago. Have a look here, links should still work.
