it's 10:30...why am I up.

Because I just got back from the gym.  I got some nice comfortable work out clothes, and headed over.  first I set the treadmill to a nice steady walk with a slight incline to warm up, then turned it loose with it's setting that adjusts incline and speed to hold you at your target heart rate.  Rate stayed fairly constant at 3mph, while the incline went through more ups and downs then the streets of San Francisco.

Anyway, ended up the day at just short of 3 miles (the show I was watching ended) and I showered and headed for home.

I feel good.  I think my legs will pay for it in the morning, but I feel good. I'll probably be doing similar things tomorrow after school.
