There is a difference between black people and niggers. Niggers are the playa's who be puttin the smack down on whitey cuz he ain't got nuff game to roll with 20's on his escalade yo. There are white niggers, mexican niggers, arab niggers, red niggers, green niggers. It's a classification, not an insult.
