Josh was Arrested on charges of Attempted Murder and Assult with a deadly 
weapon. the attempted murder charge was dropped but he is being charged as a adult under measure 11 for assult in the first degree. Time served for this is 7 and a half years. The link above is the story that was played on the news. Dont believe everything 
the media says, i never thought they could exagerate and such so much but yeah they can. he was arrested one day before his 17th birthday.

He is a good kid. no one should think bad of him, he didn't make a good choice and he will pay for that, but he is still my little brother.
