If you are using the actual paintbrush, then you will want to create a new layer (with a white base) and make sure you have the paintbrush set to 100 size, 100 hardness, 25 step, 100 density, 100 thikness and 100 opacity. Set your paintbrush color to black. Then stamp the paintbrush on the new layor. I stamped it 2 times in the sames spot to make it a bit darker and more distressed. (but that is all to your likeing)

Also, if you use another paintbrush...if the boarder on the orignal paintbrush is black then your frame will be black to...if this is the case; Make a new layer then use the paintbrush with the same settings above. then, switch your paintbrush color to white...see what happens. When I tested this I got a off white boarder w/ a slightly darker center.

I am not 100% sure if this will help with your black boarder problem. But, if you want to cheat, then copy the picture of the polaroid I have above and paste it as a new layer xD Then it should all work...

Without actually looking over your shoulder, I think that may solve the problem...If not, come back and I will be more then happy to help you in anyway possible. Let me know if all goes well though! ^_^

Not at all! I enjoy helping others! Your giving me no trouble.

For the first link the download button is at the bottom. I too could not figure it out at first xD

What you are going to need to is download the image packs. (I do not know if the images will work in the costom brush for psp8...I have psp9 and it tells me "no")

To make the images into a paintbrush do this:

Open the brush image as you would anything else. Use your Magic Wand selection tool. Click on the background of the image. This will select everything around the brush. Then go to Selections > Invert (or hit Ctrl+Shift+I) now your entire brush is selected. Click on the painbrush tool. Go to your painbrush menu (where you select which brush you want to use) and at the very bottom right corner there is an icon of a paintbrush; that is to "create brush tip from selection". CLick that icon. You will get a small window in which you name the paintbrush and can change other settings and etc. Name your brush and hit "ok" and Voila! Your brush is now complete!

I have noticed with my psp9 that it does not like .abr or image files (which most people make their brush tips as) So this is a helpful trick to know.

I hope this solves your problem. If you need anything else, I am always here ^_^
