I think I'm getting at why I can't form a coherent opinion on a subject half the time. If it is indeed heredity that supplies ways of thinking, with my mom's point of view and my dad's point of view that don't ever align, plus those bits and pieces brought on by environment, I have one screwed-up worldview to live with.
