i've finally got to spend some time in my own house! i've been at my grandma's with the family for the past 3 days. while i love my family very much, 3 days with them is 4 days too many. they're a little crazy sometimes.
anyway, i really need to get started on my psych paper and finish up some of my driver's ed stuff...which reminds me, i have driver's ed today. ick. i hate driving. i really do.
i don't do this type of thing a lot, because i'm not really into it...but i want to thank all of my friends and family for being so loving and so amazing this christmas. i know that i'm not the most wonderful person in the world, and i have a hard time really showing how i feel...but you all make it so much better for me. all of the gifts and money i recieved are greatly cherished, and the friendships are cherished that much more. thankyou so much for loving me. it means the world.
yeah...so my brother got sims 2 for christmas...and we're sharing it, so i think once i figure out how to actually play it (it's all hard and stuff) i'll get absorbed in that sometime tonight. or i might just go over to ash's for movie night, because she's crazy cool like whoa.
thursday - this song has been brought to you by a falling bomb
do you hear the jet plane yawning miles across the sky?
do you hear the garbage truck back down the boulevard,
setting off the car alarms as it passes by?
do you hear the static of one thousand detuned radios?
shut the window, love. keep the world outside.
I don't want to think about anyone but the footsteps are getting louder,
drowning out the sound of the rain, as it knocks on the windowsill.
I'm not answering the phone -- let it ring.
lately I've been feeling like a falling bomb.
the ground is getting closer and the sky is falling down.
this song has been brough to you by a falling bomb.
