I hate my parents sometimes.
Well Today I got my report card. I was rather happy with it, 1 A, 4 B+'s, and 2 B's. My parents gave me another lecture (as they always do when report cards come around), about how I was not achieving up to my ability level, how I could do better, and how I can't stay around in the house afterwards.... Honestly if they needed to make threats that I couldn't stay here afterwards why would I want to stay here? *sigh* They always give me a lecture when report cards come around.... I really think I just shouldn't bother showing them anymore, all that happens is I get a lecture, they forget to sign it, and then I never turn it in. My parents are never happy saying, oh yay a 3.4 GPA. Apparently they expect me to get straight A's because I am just a freaking genius. Just because I am good in math (I am not even that good I break things down into simple arithmatic and do problems that way), so apparently I have to be really good in any other subject in school otherwise I am just some slacker. It really gets me angry, I am performing at my level, I am putting effort into it, they say I am not studying enough, but I have a freaking great memorey, I do good on tests, but my homework isn't always the best, or sometimes my quiz grades are just bad because I blank out. I get test anxiety so I don't do great and then they get pissed at me. Sorry for my ranting but this just really gets me angry. They always yell at me for performing on my level because they think that I have to be good in all of my classes, I have to be the best just because of what I was like when I was younger. It really gets me angry. If anyone still reads this sorry for my ranting. *sigh* I hope that I can get over this. I plan on moving as far away from here as I can when I am older, my parents just really get me angry. I will go to some out of state college in California so I never have to come home. Well in the little bit of good news that there is, I was on the D&D website reading about sneak attacks, I can do up to 40d6 points of sneak attack damage with my rouge once he gets to level twenty, I can't wait for that :-D.
