Really cool concert! Sunday 12 Sep, 3pm
Hey everyone, I'm sure that my LJ friends are used to seeing plugs for choral concerts. I post the ones I'm singing in, for sure.
I've not said this before though...
If you're not the sort to go to a choir concert then this is definately the choir concert for you. Why? Because this concert is really fun. Not a single piece which is, "Yeah, that's pretty but I wouldn't have it on my iPod."
If anyone watches Glee you'll know that the incidental music on the show is a choir singing stuff like "Air on a G string" or "Flight of the Bumblebee". That's the kind of stuff we're doing in this concert and it's hilarious!
So, please, please, please come. Our choir was hot stuff at the national choirs festival a few months ago and this concert will not disapoint. Tickets from me or the booking website or at the door.
