[As much as Claire might want to stay in her room and not think about this whole 'game,' she knows that's useless. She has to get around and hear what people are saying or planning, but she has to admit that no good solutions have come up so far.]
[Even though it's stupid, she kind of wishes her dad was around. He'd know what to do, at least. She feels totally out of her element here, even though she's been through so much already. The most annoying thing is how this doesn't seem to have any connection to other specials. She hasn't seen a familiar face yet.]
[As she moves into the entry hall, she spots the portraits on the hall and then moves toward them out of curiosity. When she sees what they are, she turns to the general populace and pulls a face.]
... We really need to do something about this. Is this their idea of honoring the dead?
