Yeah, I had the misfortune of running into him first thing when I arrived here. Didn't seem to be the brightest bulb in the room, and he carried a pretty bad vibe.

Working on it. I figure, if we can narrow this down it's a start. And if we actually know who everyone on the list is, at least we might be voting a little less randomly.
