[...Okay. This is a strange experience. Of course, just about everybody here seems to be thinking that...but then, at least most of them appear to be amongst their own kind. A kind which Clary has never seen before--easily twice as tall as he is, most of them, and having very little in the way of fur about them. If he'd only seen one of them, he'd have thought the poor creature had the mange. Well, not likely to get any answers standing around gawking. Clary taps the butt of his lance against the floor in an attempt to draw some attention down below the other creatures' waist-levels.]
