[Apparently the Doctor had missed the entire meeting before the poll ended. What has he been up to during all this time? The TARDIS is what he's been focusing his time on.]
[He fully knows it is functional, and he's been testing for several hours...]
[The TARDIS is somehow missing from the bedroom it has originally showed up in when the Doctor arrived. However, it is now relocated at a new location within the House.]
[The Doctor is rather excited about this discovery. He rushes out of the TARDIS's door to shout in joy! His excitement can be heard from others nearby... But wait, where did he end up? Apparently in a large lounge room. There were plenty of seats lined up in rows in front of a large blank screen, and a movie projector at the other side of the room. The House has an indoor movie theatre? How very nice.]
[The TARDIS happens to be relocated at the very corner of that room.]
[Anyone who happens to be near and has heard him can find him and his TARDIS at the indoor theatre.]
