Another gloomy day in Michigan. Gloomy weather=gloomy me. My alarm didn't go off so I missed my first class and rushed like the dickens (is that phrase applicable here?) to get to my next class, which was choir. If I get two tardies in choir that makes an absense and that makes a lower grade. Anyways I couldn't find a parking spot so I had to go way past the fieldhouse and had to walk all the way to the FAC (but I was not late!) So my other classes went okay. In Stats we watched some funny candid camera things, so that lightened things up for me. In one of them, someone would be in an elevator and then, like, 4 candid camera people would get in and the would all have thier backs to the door. Then the person would slowly do the same thing as the rest of the people. It was interesting and funny.
When I got back to my car after class, however, I found a parking ticket under my wiper. Turned out i was in a "special permit" parking area. I hate Calvin Safety. Aaand I forgot my shoes for work and my paycheck to bring to the bank. So I had to go home, even though I didn't plan on it. Then I deposited my check so I could get some gas, and I went back to school to go to Anita's room. Anita wasn't there but I read the Chimes and did the Sudoku on the back for about 30 mins. Then I saw I had an hour b4 work so I took a nap. It wasn't a great nap, It felt like i just closed my eyes when my alarm went off, but oh well.
Work was boring. Only 6 people went through my register in four hours. It was ridiculous. And a new girl is starting so she stood by me and did the register twice. She talked a lot and she was pretty cool, but definitely not the type of person I would ever like more than an aquaintance. Oh well.
It's 10:50! Drew should be coming home from work soon! Then I can talk to him! But I also need to do my Spanish homework and read some for speech. *thinks about speech class and freaks out because I'm scared* *then thinks it's not thaaat bad, no one will care or remember if I say something stupid and Jesus will be with me*
I need to chill.
