Red took two independent steps this week. I didn’t see them, his mom told me. But I bet I get to see him walk on Saturday when I spend some time with him and sister Alli (who left me an adorable voicemail this week).

You managed to resist eating more than one cookie?! Wow, that's a strength that I, shamefully, don't possess. XD

I was impressed, too. Trust me...I usually would have attempted to eat my weight in sweets. I really just wanted to bake...I think that was the difference. If I want cookies and I bake...well...there is NO will power.

You know what I DON'T like about SYTYCD this season?? That it's only one night! I don't like that I'm watching at least two doomed dancers still full of hope that theirs are NOT the lowest numbers from the week prior.

I also hope this is only temporary while the other May shows wrap up for the season.

I know, I'm not happy with the format either. I kept thinking, but what if I liked a dance someone did and I would have voted for them...they just got the boot. For some reason, Fox would not pay to have the show for two nights. Maybe the ratings are low for the results shows. *shrugs* I think every year they have to experiment with something.

Yeah, she is one of my favorites too, and her grandfather (who does theatre and film here in C-bus) is also a very nice man.
