I often say I wish I could make one day have four or five extra hours. Typically I say this when I'm staring at a LONG list of personal errands or tasks for work. Last night I really started thinking about what would I REALLY do with extra time. I mean, would I really spend the extra four hours running to target to buy Godiva cocoa so I can make brownies? Well...uh...hmmm? I actually might do that.Afterall, what is the point of having more time if you can't enjoy a wonderful baked good? But in all seriousness, what would I do with extra time? Part of me hopes I would go to the park and read a book, or take a walk and admire the sky, or call a friend who I have not spoken to in forever. Then there is the realist . . . the part of me that always craves more sleep or more time to prograstinate on tasks I'd rather avoid. I suspect I would do a mixture of the fun (read, sleep in, write) and the necessary (return a phone call, run to the post office, look for a new apartment). What about you:
What would you do if you suddenly had four extra hours in your day?
