1. It is the moment you've all been waiting for....*drum roll*
My new bookcase from Border's *sniffles* I'm going to miss you Border's.
2. And here is a picture of ALL the books I've purchased in the past month. Yes, most of them are Border's refugees. (Four of those books I've had for a while. This is my TBR pile...well...uh...now it's PILES. That's a first. I've got some serious reading to do. Especially considering I have four more books arriving today--preorders)
3. My first long train ride (four hours) was AWESOME. The conductor said a five-year-old passenger claimed there were dinosaurs and vultures in the mountains we passed. I didn't see any. But there's always next time.
4. This is actually from the holiday weekend, but the memory still lingers. Mom and I went to the Improv to see Goddfrey (He was in Zoolander and Johnson's Family Vacation) and I laughed sooooo hard. I cried. And at one point I almost lost bladder control. If you ever get a chance to see him...GO. GO. GO.
5. Teaser time. Hahaahaha, totally kidding. There is no teaser. I will say this, however, I have been secretly writing. Well, shucks. I guess it's no longer a secret is it? Technically I'm on a writing hiatus until I can figure out if I want to go contemporary, fantasy, or try my hat at another genre bender. My little secret may never see the light of day. But don't the infamous They say that the average published author has seven unpublished books? I have AT LEAST two more to write.
Hugs & Encouragement!
