Was pleasantly surprised to see a big machine empowering it's workers to satisfy their customers.
TiVo is sending me a network adapter for my unit since their modems are unable to deal with VoIP data density (wth right?). Nice to see them stepping up to do what's right for their customers (or at the very least, doing what's right to keep their customers).
