Today wasnt the most eventful day that I've had so far. Im about to go to work. I'm still so stoked about the fact that I took the tournament by storm yesterday.
Workout Day 4 - 4/15/05
Morning workout:
1. Crunches: 300
2. Obliques: 100
3. Bench: 3x15 - 70lbs
4. Curls: 3x15 - 10lbs
Afternoon workout:
1. Crunches: 300
2. Bench: 3x15 - 70lbs
3. Curls: 2x15 - 15 lbs
4. Running: 1.25 miles
O well thats what my workout was for today.
I must be going. I'll update when i get back from work.
