I've taken to saying "What the eff?" and "Emm Effer," etc. I feel that this is a good habit because I swear entirely too much. Perhaps once saying these substitute words gets old, I might phase out swearing almost entirely. However, if you do choose to hit me in the head (Matt), I will still drop the f-bomb repeatedly. And lunge at you in an attempt to punch you in the head.
