I have never been in such excrutiating pain in my life. I did something to my neck, and now there's a nerve in my shoulder to my spine that hurts more than I ever imagined. And I can't get to a doctor, because the only thing that makes it NOT hurt is if my head is tilted all the way to the right laying on my right shoulder.
I was supposed to be in Tennessee in the evening. Doesn't look like that's going to happen if I can't stop screaming in pain.
