Welp....
We got about 20 inches of snow yesterday. All of it lake effect. Apparently there is a spot in Lake Erie, right above the county I live in, that is not frozen any more and with the wind coming in off the lake...it brought the snow. I did shovel a lot yesterday. Didn't get the whole drive way done. There is just no where to put it when I get so far in the drive way. Also there was no school for the kids yesterday either. KJ was making me nervous. He was playing in the snow and laying down in it. He had his arm covered up with his coat but still...don't want to get his cast wet which he didn't
Last night about 11 o'clock hubby checked the balance on his debit card for workman's comp payments and the money was there a few hours early :D So I went to Wal-mart and got some food...well mainly enough for breakfast and some snacks, plus hubby wanted burritos. I also got me coffee! lol I was without for a week.
Today I go to the hospital with my mom while she has a stress test done on her heart. She's gotta have someone there with her. Plus the last time she had the test done she was a little light-headed so I might have to drive until she feels better.
I have gone through some of my craft stuff. I feel like I'm missing so much of it but I know I had given some to the kids to keep them occupied over the years. I'm missing cross stitching but I know I don't have a lot to do an actual one....may have to re-stock some of it with tax money.
Speaking of tax money, I still don't know what I'm going to get with it. The e-readers cost so much. I am debating on new pots and pans, baking sheets, and mixing bowls.
Made chocolate chip cookies on Tuesday. Wanted more yesterday so last night I bought more of the mix for them.
Well gotta finish supervising Dylan while he finishes getting ready for school since he's done eating.
