Parkour and Me

Recently I've come to the conclusion that I'll never be truly 'gifted' in the art of Parkour/Free-running, as I have my own take and weird style. That said, I am not inclined to give up on it, but will have to find some means to successfully incorporate training/practise into my now busy home life. Oh, and eat better of course.
