dusty words
currently we have no kitchen. everything's all torn up. it's gonna be cool when it's done, we picked maple cabinets w/espresso glaze & it's sooo pretty! but there's no real floor, and we leave jeff's flip-flops out in case we need to use the fridge, which the contractor wants to give to a friend of his. i love when things like that happen, please! take it!
so we are sharing shoes, and nuking suppers and also my tea (necessary) in the microwave in the living room, where all our stuff is. this place is pretty fucking messy, last weekend i had to get jeff out of here. i can just hide upstairs, i can tell it drives him batshit.
tomorrow i'm finally getting my hair cut! cut and highlighted, i miss blonde, even though jeff says that women my age who are blonde are a cliche'. (I say suck it. literally. lol) it's been six months, it hasn't even grown a lot. i got it cut too short, my fault. by the time it grew out i was broke, so...jeff took pity on my poor soul & offered it as a mom's day gift, oh hell yeah!
next weekend is my facial (again w/the YAY!!) i blew too much cash at LUSH the other day w/A, they tried to make me buy more, it is almost worth paying shipping & buying it online, at least that way you get free samples! so yeah, after that i will need my brows waxed again, then it will be summer and i will be needing pedicuress, the upkeep on *this* 39-year-old machine is quite the investment, you know...
