WOW i havent posted in a while. so dad went in for surgery on the 19th, came out ok. his epidural wasnt working at first, so he was in alot of pain. they got that fixed, and less than 24 hours later dad was walking back from his first dialysis treatment. they were going to keep him a little over a week... he got released the following monday. and made dinner that night. yay :)
he is doing lots better now, and thanks for everyone who was praying for him, it really helped. it looks like my mom's sister is a match!!! she has one more test to go, but it look like 6 weeks from now my aunt linda will be giving dad one of her kidneys.
